Diane Holuigue OAM

Initially trained at Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School Paris, London Cordon Bleu and L’École Le Notre (Patisserie and Charcuterie), Di continually augments this outstanding grounding with classes around the world, and by spending time in the kitchens of famous chefs including those of Michel Guérard, Paul Bocuse, Freddy Girardet, Roger Vergé, Alan Senderens, Le Tour d’Argent, Alice Waters and Wolfgang Puck.

Much in demand as a media personality, food writer, teacher and public speaker, Di is the only cooking teacher to have her food showcased in Australia’s leading hotels. In 2001, The London Times dubbed her “one of the world’s greatest cooking teachers”.

Di has been food editor of several national magazines, among them; Home Beautiful, Epicurean, The Australian Magazine, Ita and The Sunday Herald Sun Magazine, and cookery columnist for The Age / Sydney Morning Herald Good Weekend. For 2 years she was resident chef on Channel 10’s Good Morning Australia.
